I reported a fault with my broadband yesterday, and they said it was external. They gave me a case number, but how can I track the progress?

Hi my name is Lilian there is a fault on my broadband connection nothing is working they exstended my broadband until 21/5/25 because I was having trouble paying for it

@Lilian11 : You need to report faults to CS, If you need help with your broadband, text HELP to 66033 during office hours.
