@Kathrynjackson1  Everything you need from the help is explained in the link below. They will arrange the transfer from your current provider to your new EE service, the rest of it you need to take care off.

Hardly! EE will pay you up to £300 towards your exit fees upon receipt of your itemised final bill.

Hi, I have recently switched over to EE on the basis that they would clear the outstanding charges with my past provider. I initiated this process last week with a customer service manager and received a confirmation email that my switch refund would be issued to my bank account. I was informed that this could take up to 5 Working day's. Monies were confirmed on the 24th of April and it is now over a week and I still haven't received the monies I was promised. I would never have switched over to EE if I knew I would be let down so diabolically. I am a 66 year old lady and a pensioner. I am furious and am now taking this matter further if it is not resolved ASAP. Disgraceful.

@AngG23 : Any credit for your previous provider's exit fees is simply that, a credit to your EE a/c to be used against your future bills.

@AngG23 Even though you have this up to 5 working day's it does sometimes take that little bit longer just due to the organisation off it all, but if EE said they will do it then just keep an eye on your bank, you may see the credit paid in but just not instant access to the funds.
