Joining EE from BT with FTTP connection

Hi folks.Should I expect a seamless change over as the 'juice' should already be there as currently fttp, i.e. no drops, etc. Only mess up so far is lack of information on keeping home number on changeover.

Trouble with broadband

When I moved from BT to EE, I was not given an EE hub. I was told my BT Hub would be fine. Since I moved, my Skybox repeatedly loses contact with the hub, meaning irritating need to reset. Can I demand an EE hub?
