So still the same problem all this time on . Can’t get online at all if it does come through it can’t even load a page. I understand it’s been Christmas but this as been going on since the first week of December . Been told the are waiting on hardware no apology just it will eventually come on don’t know when.and yes I understand everything takes time but surely this is a bit much.
