Use the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee in the first instance.
Then "keep me posted" or "report a problem" depending on the result.

I understand your engineers are working on fixing it
but since Sunday is a joke really no new updates just the same 16 hours to fix .
so how do I keep going with no reliable 4g Wi-Fi and paying nearly £58 per month

If you speak to our Technical Support team, they'll be able to check what is happening in your area and give you a more detailed explanation, @M500

Hopefully your engineers will fix it
already spoken to technical support they just say we are aware of a problem so around we go again it’s the reason i started a contract with EE because they advertise as being the most reliable and having the strongest signal obviously not the case and with us needing it more than ever shame it’s so bad

Networks such as EE use carrier-grade equipment that's extremely reliable, and all operators have local outages from time-to-time, it's extremely difficult to maintain 100% uptime network-wide.
