4g Wi-Fi down in ss12 area been saying 16 hours to fix
for the last five days this is a joke.
paying nearly £58 pound a month

I completely understand that but no service for five days.and no new updates is a bit much and then keep passing you around is not acceptable

Out of interest, what sort of update would you be looking for? Bearing in mind that specific details may be confidential and of little interest to most users.

To be honest I would just like a decent service that’s reliable. Has for updates just not the same 16 hours to fix that’s been up for Five days I don’t find this unreasonable especially when you pay for a service

I am sorry to hear the problem has not yet been resolved in your area @M500.
Our engineers will be working hard to get this fixed as quickly as possible.
Please keep checking the coverage checker for updates.

Another day and still the same over a week and still problems. Update as not changed still saying 16 hours this is seriously not acceptable please someone do something

@M500 Like what ? They can not just wave a wand and make it work. If the mast is on private land they need the land owners permission to go on that land this will obviously delay fixing the issue if the land owners doesn’t give a timely response.

Access issues are one potential reason for repair delays, among many others. Very often faults that are delayed beyond the initial 2-3 days are caused by external or third party issues.
I've experienced the same "16hour" estimate from the status checker in the past, and it is unfortunately an estimate based on the majority of similar faults - I believe the wording also including a disclaimer that this can take longer.
Out of interest, do you have a complete loss of service, or just a degradation (slower speeds, reduced coverage etc)
