I purchased the Nintendo switch 2 bundle with 24 months online + expansion pack and donkey Kong, when I set the console up and tried to redeem the code for online it said it has been used!
This the second week into having the console and I'm still no closer to someone sorting it for me, ive spent no end of time ringing ee to no avail, i just keep being passed from pillar to post! how hard is it to send some online cards out!! Seems by looking on this site im not the only one who's having this issue, and when you look it up online it seems to be a wide spread issue with this bundle.
