i am paying high bills from last 2-3 month 

now i am in depression still i don’t have much work and i am paying high bills 

i didn’t used any extra service and this month i got charges for extra service

I know it can come as a shock when your bill is higher than you're expecting it to be.

Have you had the chance to view the full breakdown of your bill online yet? If you have extra charges, that indicates you're using services outside of your standard allowances. 

Please look at our help page if you have problems paying your bill and make sure you speak to our team directly using the contact information on that page.

i requested twice to call me back for talk about the queries

still don’t get any call 

can someone tell me why this happened ?

How is it you are requesting a call back? Did you dial 150 first of all?

i went to the “make a complaint” option and then made a complaint and usually when i do this they call me back but from yesterday they are not calling me back

Why the need to go straight to raising a complaint? Why not just take the advice on contacting customer sevices, a call in & i'm sure it can be resolved

it take so long to talk with them that why i directly make complaint
