Competition Charge

I entered a competition by tecting £2.50 to the competition line - why do I also have a separate charge of 21p added to this when unlimited texts are supposed to be part of my package?

  • It is a premium text outside of your plan.
  • It will say you will be charged an extra charge in the competition terms and conditions.
