Every time I try to download my bill, it fails or nothing happens. This has been going on for months.
Likewise when trying to access settings for my digital home phone

I have exactly the same issue when viewing the bill section from my mobile - it shows “download bill” which I press but nothing happens anywhere - tried last month and again this month -losing faith in BT since switch to EE as it took 5 months to link my broadband to my mobile app - and 10 calls to get it done. Don’t think I can go through the same finding out why I can’t download a copy of a bill !!! Basic stuff really

Are you able to view your bills when you log into your online account, or do you have the same issue?

We don't want you to have any isues when checking your bills. Are you also having trouble when you try and view your bills in your online account?
