Can’t download my bill or access digital home phone settings

Every time I try to download my bill, it fails or nothing happens. This has been going on for months.

Likewise when trying to access settings for my digital home phone

@nyoung590 What method are you trying to do both by?

I have exactly the same issue when viewing the bill section from my mobile - it shows “download bill” which I press but nothing happens anywhere - tried last month and again this month -losing faith in BT since switch to EE as it took 5 months to link my broadband to my mobile app - and 10 calls to get it done. Don’t think I can go through the same finding out why I can’t download a copy of a bill !!! Basic stuff really
