I have had no internet for 9 days and ee not helpful at all they now want me to wait until Friday for open reach to come out and look. I want to raise a complaint but it's so hard to actually talk to a human being. I am so annoyed

Everytime I try and talk to someone it's always bots which isn't helpful. Now they saying next available app is Friday next week! That will be 2 weeks without internet no mention of helping me or compensation just find noone willing ti help at ee think I need move provider. Now as customer service with ee is not great.

@Yerlett , you can ring customer services by pressing option 2 and you should be able to speak to someone rather than the bots.
You can also fill in the complaints form, which should get you help:
