Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. We have had our new EE broadband for just over a week now. Everything has been working fine until yesterday, when I attempted to download some games on my PS5. The downloads were taking an exceptionally long time to initiate, and then they would repeatedly stop and restart. It works fine on other devices, even getting 1.5gbps on my pixel 10pro. The console was showing around 920mbps LAN and around 800mbps when on wifi
I've tried resetting the router, connecting it to the PS5 via wifi and LAN, reset the PS5, nothing is working. I've done some research and other people are suggesting to turn off the ipv6, but I don't have that option in the settings.
What are my options here? Cancelling the broadband as I'm still in the cooling period, getting my own router ...? Thank you

@Hi_Im_Paddy The trick for the PS5 and by the way i totally disagree with it, but disabling iPv6 on the EE Hub is what brings full speed to PS5 Downloads again. If you need let me know but just search PS5 and you will find it. You should have the option web manager to the hub https://192.168.1.254 and it's some where in the Advanced settings.

Hi Jim, thank you. I've looked in the advanced settings -> ipv6. The option to turn it off is not there
