Hello,
I just moved to EE and got a plan with an inclusive extra. I chose Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I have now activated my SIM, apparently I’m meant to get a text to link my Microsoft account and start the Xbox Game Pass subscription…
When will this text arrive? Do I have to trigger it manually?

Hello again,
I had a dig through my junk texts, and it turns out truecaller had been too aggressive with the filtering and put EE messages into junk.
Scrolling back a bit, I found a text telling me to go to ee.co.uk/xbox to activate my game pass.

This guide tells you how to select the inclusive extra, which I have already done. It does not say what happens once it’s been selected.

@CyberAly , you may have to ring customer services to hwlp get this activated.
