Hi I gat the Samsung galaxy s25 ultra and it said it comes with a pair of headphones. I haven't got them. I was told to wait for a code. I haven't received it. Please could you let me know what to do please

Eligible customers will receive a text after they get their new phone to confirm they're eligible. Then, within 28 days another text will follow with a unique code and a link to claim your Galaxy Buds3.

How long does it take before I receive the text? I ordered in store on 26th January and was told to expect a code for the free Buds 3, I received the phone 31st January, but still no code???

Welcome to the community.
You'd usually get two texts if you are eligible, one within a few days, and the other within 45 days of ordering to claim the headphones.
Did you take out the phone as a brand new contract on EE or were you already a customer?
Do you have a personal or business account?

Hi I have recieved both messages about being able to claim my free buds, but am still yet to recieve the code to claim. Any idea when they will send out the code? Thanks

Welcome to the community.
It is up to 45 days after receiving the phone before you'd get the redemption text. This will contain the claim code and the link to make the claim.

Still waiting on my text... I get that it says up to 28 days, but honestly m, I don't see why it should take that long... my first bill of my new contract has been paid but still no text to claim buds3.

Same issue, I'm afraid.
I got my new S25 Ultra on 25 Jan.
On 31 Jan, I got a text from EE saying that within 45 days of receiving my phone, I'd get the text with the voucher.
On 3 Feb, I got another text from EE saying that within 28 days of receiving my phone, I'd get the text with the voucher.
I'm now at Day 25 since getting my phone, and as yet no text / voucher - I spoke with 150, who said to just go to the Samsung Claims page, and sent me a link, but that was for a different offer, that's now expired.
What is going on?

After receiving your handset, you'll be sent an SMS confirming eligibility & then another SMS within 28 days (or 45 days for devices ordered on 31st Jan onwards) of handset receipt which will include your unique claim code and link to make the claim.

I have the code but.....when I enter the code it's saying I have to pay full price
I tried putting the buds in basket the cost was £79 I entered the code again the price changed to £159 and still required full payment
