Hi I gat the Samsung galaxy s25 ultra and it said it comes with a pair of headphones. I haven't got them. I was told to wait for a code. I haven't received it. Please could you let me know what to do please

I've received my text with the code, but unable to log into my account with the link in the text. I can log into my account via the EE app or any browser, but login fails when using the link in the text.
The password field generates random additional characters when I select 'submit'.
Is there another method to claim the Buds3 without using the link in the text?

Hi I have had my Samsung s25 since Feb and I still not had a text about my earbuds. I never got a set with my S24 either.

If the device was ordered during the promotional period, after receiving your handset, you should have been sent an SMS confirming eligibility & then another SMS within 28 days of handset receipt which will include your unique claim code and link to make the claim.
If you didn't receive the text message, please contact Customer Service on 150, where the guides will be able to raise a query for you to be investigated.
