I ordered a 4G WIFI 2 device in March 2025which was delivered to the store, the store closed early and I was told that I would have to come back another day. I was so upset I phoned EE and said that I wanted to cancel the order. I was told that I wouldn't be charged for anything and that was the end of it. Today, the 2nd May i phoned EE because my monthly mobile bill was over £80. This was because I had been charged for 2x items that I didn't have or used.
