I recived a text message saying i havent been given my pci when my contract started so i was able to cancel free of charge but this isnt the case. I was charged on a final bill and ee have not given me my money back after calling and speaking to different advisors,  very annyoed.

@Suppal   When did you cancel?  And how did you cancel?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Spoke with someone over the phone and i cancalled end of august, final bill was charged last month. Spoke with 2 advisors and both said they will sort and nothing has been done.
