Resolved! Why this percentage increase?

The £4 increase seemed like a lot percentage wise so I enquired via the chatAnd that was agreed with and my bill was quoted as a less increase.But, my bill has still increased from £23 to £27  despite what I was told.

Price hikes

Very unhappy to be notified of the new price increases. I would like EE to justify the increase although I'd only be expecting the same BS as every other supplier I guess. Not fair for customers tied into a contract  we're not a blank chequebook
