When i log onto my pc home page the "Home Phone" option has disappeared and has been replaced by "Subscriptions". I used to be able to use this option to block unwanted calls to my landline. I can still access the home phone option on my mobile phone to block numbers but would like the choice of blocking numbers either by using my mobile or my pc. How do i get the Home Phone icon back on my pc?

Hi @DEAN1961
Welcome to the community.
Could you try following the steps on this Call Protect help page, under the 'Block a number online' section please?
Thanks
Chris

My home phone is a landline which is plugged into the back of my router and not a hand held phone. I've tried to follow your instructions but cannot see the options you mention. You didn't answer my question. Why has the "Home Phone" option been removed from my front screen and replaced by "Subscriptions?

@DEAN1961 some more details would help, as I am not sure what it is you are looking at - are you able to share a pic pf the screen that you mean?

When i log on and click on Plans and Subscriptions i used to get three options to choose from which were Mobile, Broadband and Home Phone. From the Home Phone option i could just click on Call Protect and block any phone number. The Home Phone option has disappeared and been replaced by Subscriptions. Why?

@DEAN1961 Are you talking about your MyEE account?
It’s still guess work not knowing what you have on your PC.

@DEAN1961 Not sure which EE router you are using, but can you http://192.168.0.1 web manager to the router from a pc if you have, and see if you even have home phone on the screen that pops up now. Will find a link to an old picture and will be below. How it used to look, as not configured, my latest was GONE....

It's http://192.168.1.254 for current EE routers.
