Hi,
My digital voice home phone has been working fine, it is now claiming "service not ready".
All bills are paid and everything is up to date.
Why would this happen?

Have you made any changes to your phone and broadband package recently?
Also is it when you head to http://192.168.1.254/ that you're seeing 'Service Not Ready'?

I'm getting the same issue. It's on the Hub Manager page the box that says 'Phone' then my number is red and when I click on it, the status says Service not ready. Please anyone help. 🙂

@buryaquaker Have you just joined/upgraded/updated or just went active on a EE Service?
