Just moved to EE broadband and digital phone  but I cannot get the WiFi to connect between router and my Sky HD+ box.   Keeps saying no wireless connection found.  Managed to connect Prime Video.

@Lynnerussell208 : Sometimes older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs with their WPA3 Security. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz only & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz or WPA2 devices to that. It presents itself as a separate network SSID of the form "MainSSID-Comp".

@Lynnerussell208 You need to go connect the sky box up in a very specific way, if Comp does not work then go to the sky web help and follow exactly. Other way is connect it via Ethernet cable but that may not be possible if location off the two devices are not close to each other. Sky Q is old now and not easy to do, look at using sky or third party network connection.....
