Many thanks to  EE Aberdeen help line for fixing my connection problem... both the operator and Tech person ... Alan of the tech  division kept me informed of the procedure, and also connected me back to my old phone number...  We now have " lift off...

New EE hub, no landline

Had a new EE smart hub set up yesterday and now our BT digital home service is not working. I have done everything they say but it will not pair. The adapter [BT] just keeps flashing green. Any ideas? Thanks
