Try texting HELP to 66033 from the mobile linked to your account. This will run a check to make sure your service is working correctly and then give you the option for a callback from the support team if your issue is unresolved.

I have been forceibly moved onto Digital Voice and am having continued problems. EE Customer services are virtually uncontactable and when i finally managed to get them yesterday I got cut off after 30 mins. problem still persists. I need a contact email address for customer services or be able to chat online

Now got a different number to call...........but you've guessed it "were sorry, were busy expect to answer you call in ONE HOUR !!
