HI , I NOW HAVE MY SAMSUNG PHONE BACK FROM BEING REPAIRED BY EE .NOW THE PHONE  ALWAYS ASKS FOR A PASSWORD BEFORE OPENING . BEFORE IT WENT AWAY IT DIDN,T NEED THIS PROCESS ?REGARDS JULIAN .
