No caller display

Hi,

We have no caller id since going full fibre. I already contacted EE  twice through the App, the second time time she registered a complaint and said she would arrange an engineer. Then she said she would clear the complaint now and gave me a code to track the progress. Anyway, nothing has happened since and I can't figure out how to find the code she gave me on the app although I saved the conversation when we had finished. Any advice?

Thanks, I tried texting but I don't think that is going to be of any use for my problem. The bot  said  everything is fine with the connection and now wants to  refresh the router connection as it "fixes a lot of common problems".  If it was that easy I'm sure they would have done it already.
