Resolved! We can't load this right now

I have had EE mobile for some years and there was never a problem logging in.  Since migrating from BT Broadband to EE broadband the app no longer works; I get a message 'Sorry there seems to be a problem'.  I have uninstalled the app and reloaded it...

Resolved! Kicked out of live chat

I was in the process of adding a phone to my contract but I have been removed from the chat. I now don’t have the ability to live chat and I keep getting PIN codes through text message to try and reconnect.
