Hey i have two devices and need to set my mobile as the master contact as keeps sending texts to my old device which is still in use

Hi @Mark1406 

Please give Customer Service a call on 150 from your handset, where a guide will be able to update your primary contact number. 

You can also do this online through your Online EE account. Just go to your profile and select Edit next to What should we call you? Or the other things you want to change
