netflix account

hello 

i hv struggle to sign out from netflix but unfornaurty it is not mine account as this account from someone which i dont know who so i ring to netflix and say nothing do with it and pass to eetv netflix app which i cannot sign out from netflix from eetv box 

so i was told that i hv two account from netflix so i hv cancleed one account but really i need sign out from netflix eetv app and there nothing there call sign out or get help either 

i really dont want delet all meonry which i have been save programme but really one simple is ssign out from netflix but not there #

there four profile i dont know who but i try get it throu but it was pin number (password)

i am stuck with it

anyone who have same problem with it

help will be great
