Hi, I can’t see my plan add-ons or service packs in the EE app.

If you haven't already, please try to delete the app and install it again to see if that helps.
It is also worth logging in through the website, to see if you can view the information there.
If the app is still not working for you, or you find the same thing on the website, please give our tech guides a call and they can look into this further for you.
