Since being transferred from bt (had no issues with those!) to ee, I have been unable to gain access to the app so I can view my bills, I can’t even control my WiFi because I can’t get into my account! This has been happening since I was moved to ee, and to be honest given that it’s both the website and the app which has been ongoing for months now, I’m very tempted to switch to another company! I’m not the only person that has had or still has this issue, it seems to be a very long ongoing problem with the company, and you’d think that at the very least customers can actually use the service! Anyway, does anyone know of a fix for this issue? It’s really becoming quite frustrating!

@Frustrated27 Have you asked customer support to reset your online account ?
