Why is it that EE can’t get their app right?  I’m sick and tired of it being offline when I really need it to gift data.  Apparently they are always trying to ‘improve it’.  I’d rather they just left it alone.  I seriously don’t care about the jelly ...

Resolved! Managing my account

I cannot currently manage my account on the app or the website, it is not possible to log into either because EE are ‘working on their services’  They state that for urgent enquiries I can call 150, but the recorded message there states office hours ...
