One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Whoever is testing needs to do a better job. This should not be live. Just logged in to view my device bills and I now have nothing to manage now! Dreading having to ring a helpdesk to get this sorted!

Could you check to see if there's an update available for the EE App in your app store? It may also be worth trying to delete and re-download it.
Are you able to access your information through the EE Online desktop site, through a browser?
