EE app and website

New app is awful

I have no idea as a digital designer, how you have made the we app worse. The whole digital EE experience is atrocious.

Why is it so hard to access the app these days? Continuous maintenance and updates for an app that worked perfectly well anyway?? Really needs sorted out asap.

EE app isn’t working - says it’s down for maintenance. Redirects to the website but it says my EE is unavailable as well. I need to gift data urgently. How can I do this?

Set default number on website and app

Is there any chance we can have the option to set the default number in our mobile accounts?   Mine is currently set to my apple watch number and I'd like to change it to my phone number.

How long will the maintenance be? I’m trying to upgrade my phone receiving messages but can’t get onto the app.
