Hi everyone. Can someone tell me how to delete the My EE account? I am no longer a EE customer and but my online account still exists and there is no option to delete it. I seen a post similar to this, but it only explained on how to delete the EE Community account. Thanks

Those were the instructions for deleting a PAYG no. when it's still registered to MyEE. If you want the whole MyEE deleted you will need to call CS.

@oskarpiwo70 Once you move away from EE your account will cease on its own. Was you a contact or PAYG customer? Did you move your number to the other network?

I was a PAYG customer and I didn't port my number over as it kept giving me errors and wouldn't give me my PAC code.

In your online MyEE go to Menu > A/c Settings > Manage my Nos. > Remove & Confirm.

Im sorry but that didn't help me as my online account still exists. I'm looking to get it deleted. Do i have to phone EE to get them to delete it over the phone?

Welcome to the community.
If you contact our Mobile Care team, they will be able to remove your details from the My EE system.
