EE App

I have the ee app on my I pad. On the Home Screen it has the number 3 in a red dot by the icon. I have cleared all message conversations but it remains. Can someone advise what it means and how do I get rid of the red 3 please

@Ianbe3  Just turn notifications off for the my EE app.  It’s a glitch of the app
