I can update my phone. I saw a phone which said I could upgrade to from £41 but when I click on the phone it only gives me plans for £55+ plans? Why is this?

@Susan1984  are you within your upgrade period?  This is 45 days before your minimum term.  If you’re not in that upgrade period then you have to have a more expensive tariff then you have to to upgrade early. 

What does texting UPGRADE to 150 say ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yeah I am within that time period. Didn't know I could text them?
