I can update my phone. I saw a phone which said I could upgrade to from £41 but when I click on the phone it only gives me plans for £55+ plans? Why is this?

@Susan1984  are you within your upgrade period?  This is 45 days before your minimum term.  If you’re not in that upgrade period then you have to have a more expensive tariff then you have to to upgrade early. 

What does texting UPGRADE to 150 say ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can text to find out if you are eligible to upgrade, not complete the order @Susan1984

Please call us on 150 and the team will see what upgrade options are available for you 🙂
