I am trying to change my address on the website and it keeps saying something went wrong and bouncing me back.

Security blocks

Hi I can’t get into a store please remove the security block from my phone. Also why is there a charge against this? You put it on without permission. Please remove.

Can't upgrade

I can upgrade but when I select a phone and plan I get the following . I'm very tried numerous different phones and plans Sorry TRACY, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.Does anyone know why?
