It states I am not the account holder when I am? How do I change this?

@Hill14 : In your online MyEE you will need to be set up as the A/C Holder under Account Settings > Manage Numbers

If you are the account holder, please log into your My EE account online and go to Account settings > Manage numbers > Change to account holder, does this work for you?
