Account Holder

It states I am not the account holder when I am? How do I change this?

@Hill14 : In your online MyEE you will need to be set up as the A/C Holder under Account Settings > Manage Numbers

No I can’t amend anything but it’s in my name and my bank account?

It then asks me to call 150!

It's my phone, my account. It always has been

Thanks for coming here. 

If you are the account holder, please log into your My EE account online and go to Account settings > Manage numbers > Change to account holder, does this work for you?
