The links to upgrade ("are you ready" & "standard upgrade") from https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/upgrade-hub result in 404 "SORRY! WE COULDN'T FIND THAT PAGE".

Which is a bit pants.

Problem happens on both Edge (desktop) and Firefox (mobile) so far...

I already tried this and they were of little help apart from saying it is a known issue with no resolution time. I don't want to upgrade over the phone because it is impossible to assess all the options of phones vs plans. Is there an alternative online way to pursue an upgrade?
