Upgrade

I am due an upgrade but whatever I click on the website to start the upgrade, the page cannot be found - refers me to home, shop etc.  Cannot get into the upgrade section to view offers.  I have been trying for over a week and at first thought Black Friday could have caused excessive traffic on the website but a week later still cannot look at upgrades, why???

I have been trying since Monday. My husband does not have a phone at all at the moment because of this. We have been with EE for years and like being able to upgrade at home without having to go to a shop but it won't let me do this at the moment. Might have to leave - very frustrating!

Hello there,

It's exactly the same as everybody else, page cannot be found. I've tried all different ways, cleared cache/cookies, different browsers and different devices.
