Error 212

Hiya, I'm trying to buy a 10gb data tariff for my daughters smart watch using her phone which is an additional line on my account.

Using the Samsung Wearable app on her phone, signing in to my account through to add 4G capabilities, navigating through the screens and agreeing to the terms etc, I reach a dead end with error 212. Tried several times with a fail each time.

Anyone else encountered this and worked around this?

Also was unsure what location to select from drop down menu above this comments box.
