I’ve been on hold for over half an hour for 2 days, Friday 5.30pm and Saturday 5.30pm and just give up.  When is the best time to call them?

My ee app

Hi, when I log into my ee app it tells me I'm not the account holder and I need to ask the account holders permission to do anything? How do I change this? 

Login and app not working again next another failed system ee

Really an app login doesn't work even link to ee account. Totally pathetic piece of rubbish. 

EE app issue on IPhone 13

Can’t log in to app, been like this for 3 days now. Keeps saying there is an issue with it? 

I can’t see any text or call usage

When I log into my account, I can’t see any of my usage. Up to a few days ago I could see recent texts and calls made, is anyone else experienced this?

Unable to upgrade

My contract ran out early this week yet I cannot upgrade on line. Chat has been useless, app is useless. I could ring up, but these days it’s easier to sort out a new contract on line, which doesn’t seem to be the case. Pretty poor since I’ve been a ...
