Tried to log in to my account holders account but cannot remember password

when I've tried resetting the password no email is sent to do do so

Is it your My EE account and your email address that is registered?

@Dryan1404   Reset it via a web browser on a tablet or PC,   It doesn’t work via a mobile phone.
