Call history

I now can't access everyone's call useage for that month and see the calls and texts being made. Why is this I have 3 contracts all different number I like to see who my children are calling thanks

Damaged phone

I've broken my screen after dropping my phone. It is insured but need to get in touch with EE from my mum's phone but when I call 150 it only recognises her number.Is there another number I can call to actually speak to a human
