Cannot upgrade online. States I’m eligible, then states we can’t upgrade you?

Trying to upgrade online, and getting nowhere. Nothing happens, I want to just pick and phone and get it done. 

not the first time I have had, issues with the ee websote!

Do you get a error message?

Can you try another browser?
