I agree! Have spent too long on hold trying to phone to do it also ridiculous

why do we need to call 150 to change our address, why cant we do it online?

@shaheer93  you can do it online via your account you can not do it via the app.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How does one change address? My address changed 3 months ago and I have still not been able to change my address. I am on a monthly plan. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @Rockhill.

You should be able to do this in your My EE Account online.

If you can't do this, I'd recommend speaking with our Customer Care team and they'll change it for you.
