Message on bill section

hello I have just checked my EE app and above where my last bill is displayed is a message saying my next bill will be £51 more next month ? But when I look at my usage nothing showing like that for extra charges ? . And I have not been abroad or changed my package  any ideas anyone

@Vickybina2013   Login to your account via a web browser and you’ll see that the app is showing an error,  I has this last month when viewing my account via the app.   

At present my EE app is saying “thanks for upgrading with us”.   I’ve not and I can still see when my upgrade is due. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that you have that error message. The main thing to check is the bills and next bill, which you have. As long as they're correct and your balance is correct, then it sounds like it's a mistake.
