Yes I have had this too!! I dont understand it & got nowhere on the online chat...she said she couldn't access my account!!

When I log into the MyEE App on my iPhone. the home page is blank, when I click the shop page it states “looks like you’re not the account holder”I have tried removing the app and reinstalled. Logged out and back in again. I can use the MyEE on a bro...
