cant log into shop

I keep getting the message "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in" every time I go onto the shop page.  This is happening on different browsers and different devices.  Is there some way around this to actually add devices to my package?

Add ons

In app and browser keep getting error trying view add ons so tried clear cache restart etc fails on both says try again or something wrong

My ee app

Why does the ee app constantly ask me to register a device when I'm already registered. It then won't let me into the app as I have not linked an account ???????
