Unable to upgrade

Hello, I have been trying to upgrade my sons iPhone 6 but every time I try and upgrade it says page not found. I have a plan picked out for him but it won’t let me upgrade. He has had this phone since 2019 so is really due an upgrade. 

Resolved! Update Direct Debit page a joke

tried adding a direct debit, the page crashed, but got an email confirming DD added, then tried to change direct debit date from the random 10th of the month, again, on save it crashed, then tried once more... you have reached the maximum tries... aw...
